I recently switched to a new phone and downloaded the game. However, my challenges and daily cards don't seem to have updated since then. My challenges say they will take weeks to change over, while my daily cards do not update at all. 

My Alliance mate told me his were changing over, so I think this is a bug rather than part of the update.
