[DU][S] Grand Meal & Decorate Holiday Traditions Become Active on Travel [ Edited ]

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a Sim live in a dorm. Wait for a holiday with the the Grand Meal and Decorate traditions. Have a Sim travel to a community lot.
What happens when the bug occurs? The holiday traditions become active.
What do you expect to see? The traditions to stay grayed out and inactive.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

@canelacaliente That is correct and by design as long as you are in the DU dorm you can't complete two of the harvest festival traditions like grand meal and decorating, but you can when you go to a community lot. It should say on there when in dorm, sim name ignores these traditions because of on dorm lot. Just find a lot with the decoration box and rummage through the decorations.
