Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? A Young Adult or Teen trying to apply for an Esports/Athletics scholarship. Other scholarships sometimes are auto submitted without submitting them, but I've only seen it on one sim so far, as he's the only that has tried to apply.
What happens when the bug occurs? The whole scenario plays out normally, they sign the letter (or fill out the form) on the computer and/or mailbox and afterwards, the option to apply is still there. After waiting several weeks, never got a letter to award or deny the scholarship.
What do you expect to see? The scholarship option so be greyed out, signalling that they are confirmed to apply, or at least a letter in response within the normal time-frame.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Don't have any currently, there's no way to prove it with screenshots right now as nothing changes.
