How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.90.358.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions packs exclude high school, many game packs, some stuff packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. NPC visitor staying at your home door. 2. Ask your Sim to take skill class 3. NPC will try to talk with your Sim
What happens when the bug occurs? NPC at home door can talk with my Sim who gone to skill class
What do you expect to see? NPC should not be able to talk with my Sim who are not in the lot
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

This has been going on since DU was released and happens when you use the phone option to sign up for skill classes.  I'm not sure if it is a bug or by design but I know it happens.  And it also happens that if you send more than one sim to skill classes via the phone option, they will talk to each other while they are in class.
