Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Wait for an NPC servo to break down. I think having it rain before an NPC servo arrives on the lot MAY make it quicker - I could be wrong about that.
What happens when the bug occurs? The NPC servo continues to do it's business after breaking down due to low durability.
What do you expect to see? The servo to fix itself, call a mechanic, etc.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
The servo would break down, then returns to normal sometimes with sparks. It happens again after resetting the servo with testing cheats and I'm unable to click on them to call for a mechanic. The only workaround is to add them to your household and send them home. Then either wait for the durability need to go up all the way or wait for the durability need to go up a little, return them to the current lot, wait for the servo to break down again, and then call a mechanic. Calling for a mechanic doesn't seem to work when on your Sims retail lot. I have tried to click on the servo in the video to call for a mechanic but I forgot the UI wasn't being recorded. I couldn't upload the video because it's too late so I'll add a link to the video once it's finished uploading to YouTube.
