Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Earn a degree in villainy (for reaper)
What happens when the bug occurs? No Degree has an effect to the reaper career
What do you expect to see? Uni Degrees having an effect to the reaper career
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used. (In this save)

mortician career is unaffected

I think the problem is that there's no specific degrees for supernatural/paranormal stuff in game in general. There's no degrees for the Paranormal Investigator career either. They need to create a separate degree for supernatural careers in my opinion.
