Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Have a Sim enroll into a new University semester with their scholarships covering some but not all of their costs. 2. Choose to pay with household funds. 3. See how the sim still gains the "Full Ride" +2 happiness moodlet.
What happens when the bug occurs? After paying for the semester, the sim gains a moodlet which according to the description they should only get if they pay all of the tuition and housing fees with scholarships.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to enroll for a new University semester but not get the moodlet as their fees are not paid in full.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

The above link should lead to a zipped package containing a screenshot and the latest save file where the issue had unfortunately already occurred but maybe you can reset the situation so you can reproduce it.
