[DU] Can't harvest home lot garden because of 'Something in your bones...'

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.74.59.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to work, University, Seasons, Cats and Dogs, Realm of Magic, Parenthood, Nifty Knitting, My first Pet, Toddlers, Kids room, Spooky, Paranormal
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Building a garden on home lot, harvesting option is greyed out when University pack is installed.
What happens when the bug occurs? A sim cannot harvest plants on their home lot because they receive the "something in your bones" message.
What do you expect to see? The ability to harvest plants on home lot as usual.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The latest patch released 5/13/21

This bug goes away when University is uninstalled, and appears even if the household has never attended university.

Yes all plants. My entire home garden is unharvestable but I'm able to harvest plants around the world's as usual and all other options are still available.

@atlsio Do you have any lot traits ? Does it happen on other lots (could you test-switch to see if it's that lot only or a general issue) ?

I assume it happens for every Sim too ?

It does happen with all sims in the household. Switching to a new lot in a different town did not work either.
