DS 5-K drop rate

Tryin to get the purple drop from DS 5-K for kylo ren. Musta have done this 30-40 times over the last few days. 1. 1 drop. Is this right? Anyone else have issues farming this item? Seems a little broken

As i expected, the next morning i get 7 or 8 drops. RNG just hates me apparently. Just had to complain a little more til i got what i wanted

So have I for Kylo, after a few weeks of spending vaults/crates of crystals to land him and or Rey, I've finally unlocked Kylo Ren and got a few shards to go with him. The farming rate is terrible, and even worse for Rey. I've just added a "Report a bug" to EA support to take a look, as Leia shards, IG-86, all ewoks, Tusken raiders, storm troopers and other non-essential character shards are dropping.

Told them that Anakin, Rey, Kylo Ren and Count Dooku shards are not dropping.
