[DO] Sims Randomly Stand and Sit while Dining Out [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.36.105.2300 (64 Bit)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to work, dine out, spa day, spooky stuff, seasons, city living
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Travel to a restaurant and request a table. Once you and any other sims are seated, the sims at random will begin to stand up and then sit back down.
What happens when the bug occurs? While Dining Out, Sims are randomly standing and sitting throughout the experience. They don't wander off anymore, which is a good thing, but this is still a bug that needs further looking into. 
What do you expect to see? I expect to see all sims either sitting for a lengthy period of time, such as in a normal dining experience; or getting up to go do something productive, such as use the restroom.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

While Dining Out, Sims are randomly standing and sitting throughout the experience. They don't wander off anymore, which is a good thing, but this is still a bug that needs further looking into.
