[DO] [CoL] Milk bread recipes appear twice on selection for restaurant menu

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.89.214.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have every single pack that's currently out
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place down a diner, edit custom diner menu
What happens when the bug occurs? Duplicated milk bread appears
What do you expect to see? Milk bread appearing normally on the menu (only 2 items not 4)
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. It most likely occurred during recent official patches
I was informed to make a new post or edit my other bug post so I made a new post since this seems to be an official bug
