[DHD] Room & Level Additions: Can't change existing level to make space for new [ Edited ]

DHD is sadly still broken especially when adding new rooms or new level additions. Although I can now seem to add a level addition since an update, the restrictions don’t let you change the existing level. For example, I can’t move or delete objects on existing level in order to put in a stairs. Same with room addition, I can’t delete other rooms windows or doors to actually get into the existing room or have it make sense. It’s really disheartening that packs just remain broken years after release. I’ve asked for a refund but didn’t a response. Hope this bug can be fixed.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed?

What happens when the bug occurs?

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?
