[DHD] Modular shelves snap through wall [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.75.125.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except kits, paranormal, and luxury party
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? try to place modular shelves/wardrobe pieces on both sides of a wall...
What happens when the bug occurs? It snaps through the wall to the one you made first.
What do you expect to see? That I can move the piece freely on a wall to build a new modular piece.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
