Custom pronoun not applying - School Notifications

My sim uses She/her pronouns but in the School Love day notification, it uses my sim's original pronouns, He/him.
This is the first time I’ve noticed any incorrect pronouns for my sims. I have a transgender MTF child in my current save, and a school pop up used “his” instead of “hers”.

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
Incorrect pronouns used in a school notification: Preferred pronouns are they/them, which are used correctly for the first instance of a pronoun in the notification, but then they revert to he/him for the rest of the notification.
Edit: That's actually incorrect; it seems the object pronoun them is correct, but the rest are incorrect. Pronoun option used is the default they/them one, however.

Hi! I had this problem today when my sim was at school, I got a popup from the parenthood pack asking if my sim should read or do homework in class and after clicking homework it popped up with the text below which is in the last line uses she instead of they. Thanks!
