This is a case of incorrect grammar surrounding They/Them pronouns.

It was discovered in a moodlet from Liking Fitness (screenshot attached).

in a moodlet for the juiced fame quirk, it uses "she" instead.

Sad+1, there's many errors and mostly from non base, like careers. As for this one: Yuki is not a he, and even it was it would read "his".
