Custom playbook not working as coach

Summarize your bug Playing as coach for the browns. When I try to load a offensive custom playbook, the browns normal playbook loads up instead. I have the browns playbook selected under schemes, so I would assume it is loading up the playbook based on that rather than the custom playbook I selected. Have tried restarting xbox, game, etc.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attempt to load up custom playbook as a coach
What happens when the bug occurs? Custom playbook does not load up, playbook in schemes appears to.

Summarize your bug My custom offensive playbook is not loading correctly into my cloud franchise as a coach. It appears to be loading up the offensive playbook I have selected under schemes for my coach, rather than the custom playbook selected when loading up the game. I have tried remaking the playbook, reloading madden, and selecting a different playbook first before loading the game. Also I was playing as the Browns if that matters.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What happens when the bug occurs? Normal browns offense loads up.
What do you expect to see? My custom playbook load up.

Does anyone one else have a problem when switching defensive playbooks and it not changing? I chose the Steelers items at the beginning of the game and it gives you the zone blitz 3-4 defensive playbook. I recently wanted to change it and bought the Vikings attacking 4-3. I equipped it and it switched, but when i go into game its still has the Steelers zone blitz 3-4 playbook. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
