Custom gamerpic not working in chel modes.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Upload a custom gamerpic for a profile. When available in the profile, go into any chel mode and go to dressing room.
What happens when the bug occurs? User player gamerpic is greyed out.
What do you expect to see? The actual custom gamerpic being used.
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online
Insert Game Mode or Feature here All chel modes that would have dressing rooms or lobbies.
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM)
What is your time zone? PST - GMT - 8:00

My guess is this bug was introduced when the gamerpic overlays for cross play were introduced because prior to that this worked.

The workaround is using any built in gamerpic and not use custom pic.
