Custom club jerseys always show up as all black jerseys with NHL logo

This seemed to start when the club GM assigned me as assistant captain.  It happens every time we try to play a club game.  We can never use custom jerseys.  Always have to use these ugly generic things.  Please fix soon!  I have faith that you guys can figure it out!!  I know there's a lot of smart, creative people working for EA!

We actually found a workaround by adding a third member to our club and assigning him as an assistant captain.  This completely reset the jerseys again.  We played a handful of games last night with our new custom jerseys. 

I haven't tried today, but literally never saw the club jerseys when I was assigned assistant captain originally.  DEFINITELY SEEMS TO BE SOMETHING WITH THE CAPTAIN STATUS to give the devs something to focus in on.
