What happens when the bug occurs? On PS4 if you have crouch set to HOLD, you are not able to crouch when holding crouch at the same time as respawning a squad mate at a beacon. It seems that the only way to crouch while respawning a squad mate is if you have crouch set to toggle.
What should be happening instead? You should be able to crouch while respawning a squad mate regardless of your crouch settings (hold or toggle)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? On PS4 set crouch to hold in settings then once you have a squad mates banner, try to crouch then respawn squad mate at a beacon and you are forced to stand up despite holding down the crouch button. Do the same but have your crouch settings set to toggle and you can crouch while respawning a squad mate.
