Practice Singing glitches on fast forward [ Edited ]

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
What is your current game version number? 1.70.84.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? City living, bowling night stuff, holiday free stuff, get to work, kids room stuff, cats and dogs, pet stuff, seasons, backyard stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Choose anywhere to practice singing except the karaoke machines. 2. Speed up time. 3. Wait.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sim start singing with movements then stops moving and stares in front of him/her keeps on singing with mouth movements.
What do you expect to see? Sim to sing with movements.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I watched this YouTuber "laurenzside" and she did a memes theme series and it happened to her in episode 10. (Here's a link: https://youtu.be/pRhwVs-EeEg). But that was an older update I have the newer update. What is wrong?

@Heavysimmer42 Hi!  I've had this happen a few times in my game as well but I don't think it's a bug.  I think it's similar to other temporary glitches that occur likely due to low memory.  When my sims get stuck like that it's usually because there are many things happening either on the same lot in the game or I have other things running on my computer, like multiple tabs in a browser or an update of some sort.  I usually just save my game, then exit and check what other processes are running to see if there is a memory leech.  I checked the youtube link you shared and I see there is quite a bit going on there; many sims doing many different tasks.  I'm not 100% sure but I'd be willing to bet that glitch is because the game couldn't keep up with everything.
