Dear EA support team,
I found this bugs today after quest Secret Agent come. I retired my sims then create new character. After that new character appear in short size. When I tried to click ‘Let’s play’ then app crash everytime and stuck in create sims character.
I tried to close game and open again, app still crash. Tried to reinstall app and play again, app still crash.

Ok Ok - I will be serious, the little person is cute. It looks like it's a combination of a baby sim and an adult. Maybe the game looks at it like that. Is the little person a usable sim? Because if it is you would get a lot of stickers at a party.

Try this then. Close the game, hit force stop, then restart your phone. Hopefully that will work.

Also make sure you have the latest version of the game from your app store. They were working on the server the other day. 😃

I tried to close game and open again, app still crash. Also tried to delete then reinstall app and play again, app still crash too.
(My app version 13.0.2)

Best thing would be to contact an EA game advisor about this issue.
You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.
This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.
