Crates Don't Load First Time When In Game Menu Via The Home Tab [ Edited ]

Summarize your bug The game has been having issues when trying to load crates when I first start into the in game menu under the home tab.
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? DARKORANGE2794
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 12/07/18, 13/07/18 & 14/07/18
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 12:03PM On 12/07/18. 08:53AM On 13/07/18. & 14:46PM On 14/07/18.
In what game mode did the bug occur? Arcade Mode
What is your time zone? BST - GMT + 6:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. When you are in the game menu first time round see if it's taking a while to load your crates you will know because you should see the little dash lines on the open crate button via the home tab on the in game menu. 2. Play a match on a map of your choice. 3. Once your match is finished return to the in game menu go under the home tab and the second time round everything should be loading correctly.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Crates don't load and it takes a while. However after a usual game match the second time when I'm in the in game menu everything seems to be fine and loading correctly so I don't know why this bug/ glitch is happening.
What do you expect to see? I hope to see this fixed by your specialists asap.

@EA_Ataashi  Please ignore the question In what game mode did the bug occur? I have only put arcade mode because there was no option giving me the choice to put nothing.

Well the good news is everybody that this issue I was having with the crates seems to be fixed for now so that's excellent news to hear that the specialists on the game are working hard to fix the issue like mine. Yay !

I see this all the time on XB1.  Either the daily challenges don't load or the daily crate doesn't load.  Have to play a mode and then they come back.

@grimmace2Yes that's correct it loads correctly the second time after you have finished playing a match. but yeah the first time you boot up the game it just doesn't want to load the crates whatsoever.

Hmm, this doesn't happen on ps4, although it used to. It works correctly now, but what I used to do is play a match and then it would pop.

@AllAboutSzek I wonder why it's happening on the XB1 then. Fingers crossed this gets fixed soon.

@AllAboutSzek yeah this is just one of many, many ongoing issues as you've probably seen.

They've known about it for ages but the only response we've had is "play a game and then it'll appear". Obvious it's not very high on their priority fix list to be honest.

By the way, you don't even need to play a game, just get in a lobby (even an empty one) and then quit out and it should be there.

Frustrating but until they fix the ping site absurdity issue and people can actually play the game again then there's no chance they'll attempt to sort this out.

Mine just started working again with the Solo update. PC.
Was the same as @grimmace2 above before then. Worked fine with original install, prior to the Jan update.

@Major-Band1t Well fingers crossed this gets fixed asap hopefully in the next hotfix update for the game.
