Crashing While Launching

It started happening since the last update. Every time I try to launch APEX it crashes at the exact same location in the screenshot (where it shows my player model in lobby) with that message & windows notification.
I've tried
- Fixing apex (origins UI)
- Updating graphics drivers
- Rolling back graphics drivers
- Disable Origins In Game
- Run Origins as Admin
- Run Apex as Admin
- Some registry updates
I would like to play the game again, thank you.
