@ShadowNoobX Hey buddy, had exactly the same issue. What I did was, I spoke to everyone in the city, saved the game and attempted to do the quest. I did not skip the cutscenes and it seems to be working now.

Thanks I found a cheap fix for it as well. it seemed like another quest was interfering with it so I went to launch bay did that quest and then did what you said, with letting the cutscene play. It still disconnected me but I was able to rejoin and then go to launch bay and start the quest.
