Crashes costing me rewards!

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Summarize your bug Game is crashing regularly. It has cost me GAC rewards, it has cost me TB and TW battles, it has cost me conquest energy as it often crashes immediately upon starting battles. It even crashes just going through different menus.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No idea. It just happens randomly several times a day

I have tried resetting my device. Completely clearing it and setting it up fresh. 
I have plenty of memory. And it happens even when it’s the only app running.
