Crash when opening crates

Summarize your bug Game crashes when opening crates. Have experienced with green, blue, and gold crates. Crash occurs after tapping on the crate to open it, but prior to itemizing the rewards. Although the crate is no longer available after restarting, there are no indications that the rewards are credited prior to the crash.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Order crate, open, rinse, repeat. There doesn't seem to be a pattern to why it crashes. This isn't the only time it crashes, it's just the most irritating.

Hey @THEBodisathva sorry you're facing this crashes! Does the game just freeze or does it completely kick you to your home screen? Is this for all crates? Or just crates delivered by convoy or bounty crates? Generally you will have received the contents of the crate once you've started opening it so you shouldn't be loosing out on any credits or cards.

Completely kicked out to home screen. It seems to only be on crates delivered by convoy, but it would have to happen a few more times before I'm certain.
