How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I launch the game, it starts loading then it freezes on the loading screen and the season task message appears in the upper left corner in the same time. A second later the game crashes.
What do you expect to see? The game correctly loads, as it did until this morning!

Hi, is your game still crashing? Please contact the EA support if it’s still crashing. Normally contacting would be done with an in game ticket but there’s also a link in this post (scroll a bit down) if you can’t get into the game.
