This update is a mess. Impacting GAC, TW. Not a smart time to roll out an update that was not properly tested.

I have similar problem on my IPad. It is asking for update, and then it stuck in loading.I also have 13.5.1

@PattiC90 Your issue sounds different, you can try to switch from WiFi to cellular which helped in the past.

Unfortunately my iPad has only WiFi.btw I tried all the tshoot steps and didn’t work for me

Uninstalled and reinstalled twice. Seems to be opening now, but still getting random freezing and crashing.

Hi all,

The original issue with the game crashing right after launch appears to be related to a partial Facebook outage. This should be resolved now.

Unfortunately issues are continuing. Could not get the game to start again. Once it finally started after multiple tries, it is crashing when I try to enter our HAAT raid. Missing the raid due to these issues.
