Could not mute squad - Season 7

Mute still doesn't work.

PC, Steam version. Pressing F or doing it manually after game starts has no effect on the mute voice option.

Guys I'm okay with all sound issues that was with this game since the day one, can you please fix this one?! I can deal with not hearing foot steps, but I can't play when my teammates sing in the mic and I can't mute him.

Seriously Respawn, can't you put a team just to deal with sound issues after more than 7 official seasons?!?!?

I cannot mute the squad. I seriously cannot play when I hear every key press, every breathy exhale, every stupid slur from my teammates. Please let us mute our squad via the steam game.

So this isn't the first time I noticed this problem, but I think this may be the first season I've had it as a problem.

Normally when I play if someone seems like they're gonna be a pain to listen to, or doesn't even speak a language I understand, I mute them so I can just focus on the game.

Yet whenever I do that, I STILL HEAR THEM.

The Video isn't the best quality and for some reason Apex's voice chat seems pretty quiet in general, but you should be able to hear 2 people ocasionally talking while both players are muted. Then I unmute them and you can continute to hear the two people talking, but you'll also notice that their mic icons are showing they're speaking, meaning those voices are definitely the voices of the 2 players.

The only way I am able to block them out, is by turning the voice chat slider down to 0, and while I rarely ever want to hear another player, it makes more sense to report this bug instead.

I dont know what happened to season 7 but blocking annoying teammates from their mic works only partly.. It's even worse in ranked where you get punished for leaving the game while having a teammate screaming in your ears.

What is going on respawn?? Season 7 cant get the basics of the game in order

Dear Apex Legends Developers. Please fix that problem with chat (text) mute. Doenst metter you mute people or not. They still typing in the chat. Can we fix this problem? A lot of toxic people typing when you mute them, still goin to type "absolutely weird things" . I understand, --> just dont anwser them. But its hard to stay with good mood and play Apex Legends when you still see that "TOXIC" messeges on your DESKTOP. Please fix it <3

Same problem with voice chat, the only way is if you  to turn off your teammates sound, but if one of your teammates is good guy -> you cant hear him.. because u turn off the sound at all. Because better dont hear anyone, then you listen 1 toxic guy whole game. Thank you very much <3 Hope Devs will read it.
