Here's another way:
Use the wait tactic. Do not set it to auto-battle. Before the debuff comes, nuke Cad with whatever you have. Once debuff hits, watch who managed to resists it (sometimes debuff icon is missing), those units focus on doing dmg or nuking. Those affected, spam their basic attack until the debuff drops off, save you nukes in the meantime. Heals are not affected by the debuff, so bringing 2 healers in most likely can keep you alive, forever.
In short when under debuff: Heal / Basic attack / Save dmg skills
Once debuff wears off or resisted: Nuke'em hard
Or if you have predicted the need for a 'clenser' hero like i did, use Admiral Ackbar, wait for debuff to be casted, clense it off.
OR get a friend with Admiral Ackbar to offer hahaha
