Summarize your bug This is the second time during my LSTB that I was using my Rebel team and finished first phase battle in mid tier. Game completely crashed and reset. How am I supposed to help my guild when this happens? So frustrating.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Fix the server because it’s not just the LSTB it’s other modes.

The team are aware of increased rate of crashing. They are working to reduce these over the next several title updates. More information can be seen in the below link:

Unfortunately, the results of TB special/combat missions cannot be changed and the results are final.

Same Here - Game crashed in Jedi Mission South After Phase 2/4.

also I Phone (10); Those Crashes are becoming More Frequent; And it is infuriating giving the lstb difficulty.

Would have been an Easy 4/4
