What type of issue do you have? Network/Connection
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Summarize your bug In game I see spinning wheel, doesn’t stop until pop up comes up saying game needs to be restarted. This has happening in GAC, in arena, and most recently today in TW costing me rewards. I’ve opened up tickets with EA several times to which they replied this is a known issue. Today (02/15/2020) it happened just after 12:00 pm EST when entering a TW battle. I never got to use the team I had committed to battle as, the game restarted and the team I wanted to use had been consumed.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You know the issue. It happens whether I’m on WiFi anywhere, or on data. I am just very frustrated as this issue has been happening for several months including the iPhone lock out period. I was not included in those rewards either which has continued my frustration and I feel that my issue is not being taken seriously.
