Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. I opened a door, saw enemy behind the box and immediately run left, I got hit after being behind the cover.

What happens when the bug occurs? I was behind a cover yet was hit by enemy bullets.
What should be happening instead? I should NOT get hit behind a cover.

The issue here is that (I suppose) the lag compensation in this game is way beyond any comprehension for fps shooter. As You can clearly see in the video below I was fully behind the cover yet I was hit by enemy bullets.

Notes:
I selected the Frankfurt 1 datacenter where the ping was the lowest from all others - 38ms then verified it during gameplay with Live TCP Dump. Altho I don't know how realiable is was.
