Constant lag, every 10 games or so

What happens when the bug occurs? Once in a while, maybe once every 10 games or so, I get into a match with a lot of lag. The lag is so bad, that all movements of myself and other characters are very jittery. If I try to alt+F4 and reconnect, it will sometimes help, sometimes not. The two squares lag symbol is shown constantly
What should be happening instead? No lag, this is the only online game I play with lag issues
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Track down more people with the same problem I guess

When you've got the chance would you mind running through some connectivity troubleshooting steps to see if that helps at all? I'd recommend starting off with the basic connectivity steps over at the EA Help website.
