Constant and multiple issues on Tomarang

What happens when the bug occurs? I've been experiencing multiple issues on the Tomarang map, which appear to be primarily related to build/buy mode. I am getting an endless loading screen when I attempt to create new lots in some cases, in others the game crashes. There seems to be no consistency as to when this issue happens, and it is only on this world. There is also an issue relating to changing rental lots, with the map unplayable I have attempted to remove the residential rentals to maximise the amount I can have in other maps, no matter what I change the lot to it remains as a residential rental.
What do you expect to see? Tomarang working correctly.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Used, issue appears with mods enabled/disabled and on a new save with no mods. I have also moved my folders and restarted the game to see if this will have any impact and am having the same issue.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Issue started to appear 1-2 weeks after installation

in the bug forum one thread per issue is needed so EA can track them separately. 

Please check the compiled list for issues already reported and add your me too/voice to those. If an issue doesn't already have a thread, please create one bug report per issue.

Most of what you are seeing already has a thread.
