Consistent problems since toddler update [ Edited ]

Since the toddler update these things are consistently happening :

Can't bathe toddler if bassinet is nearby

Child sim still has baby voice, baby face icon along the bottom list, and when selected he sometimes shrinks down so that I can't see his face from behind the moodlets

Child's father does not live with them and keeps calling in the middle of the night to invite him to bars and parties

Child has perpetual rainbow over his head

Child sim occasionally levitates

Child keeps get flirty, like all the time!

Mom sim repeatedly puts toddler in and out of highchair before actually giving him food or to "check on" him

I don't know if the last 2 are bugs or something new/ never noticed before

Also the front doors to the house won't close. ever.

new, vanilla save file

deleted cache and screenshots and moved all other saves to a separate folder
