Conquest rewards missing

Can you restart your game to see if this pushes the Conquest rewards through?

I even reinstalled my game and it didnt work my ally code is 438 755 936 if that helps

Hi, just bought 5 shards of commander ahsoka in conquest phase 4 and it didn’t add the shards!

theoretically was gonna get her after the conquest but now i’ll miss 5 fragments.

please help
