I have been working through conquest easy mode and have unlocked a number of rewards. However, when I go to claim the rewards I receive the error message shown in the attached image. It forces me to restart the game and does not allow me to claim the rewards. This happens every time I attempt to do it and has been occurring since the beginning of the conquest.
