Conquest Claim Reward Doesn't Update Inventory Immediately

If you claim an item such as an Omicron and then click on the Omicron to see how many you have the value hasn't changed from before you claimed it.  Your inventory has been updated but until you leave the rewards screen and return the value will remain the old value.  It's a minor display issue.

How often have you noticed the delay?
If it was only yesterday then the delay could be caused by the minor title update issues.
