What was the name of the Mission / Contract / Stronghold you were on? I was in a quick play to a random stronghold
What was your chosen difficulty level? Grandmaster 2
What Javelin were you using when the issue occurred? Ranger
What was your Expedition team makeup? Random Freelancers
Where did this issue occur? Please include menu name or in game location. When I started the stronghold

Summarize your bug I got a connection problem (pilot data error), I lost my consumable and I got crazy.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just play stronghold in a quick play mode
What happens when the bug occurs? I returned to fort Tarsis
What should be happening instead? Just let me play!

Really guys you need to solve that! We can not leave with connection problems. 

The game is really good,  but something is very bad.
