Completed Lee Enfield Mastery V Assignment But Did Not Get The Reward

Summarize your bug I completed Lee Enfield Mastery V Assignment but I did not get the Gold Stock. During the round it showed that the assignment was completed but when the round ended the summary was lagged out and when I checked my gun the gold stock was still locked and the assignment was gone. Now all I have is a new assignment. I contacted the customer support via live chat and he/she said that there was nothing they could do for me and that the reward was skipped. I'll attach the chat log.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get an assignment > play a round to complete > if the summary lags out at the end then there's a very high chance the reward and assignment got lost.
What happens when the bug occurs? At the summary at the end, instead of showing my rewards and stats it showed connection error or something similar
What should be happening instead? It should show the rewards and stats of the round

Customer services can and do reward missing skins. I would suggest opening another case to politely but firmly request the missing skin, with the poor service you've received so far being clearly cited.
