How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I completed the B1 Battle Droid Event and am missing 10 reward shards. All events show as completed, but 10 rewards missing. The character is stuck at 15 out of 25 shards and two stars. Initially the rewards were there, but I received an error “promotion failed.” EA customer support was not helpful.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check B1 battle droid shard count - it’s at 15. Check event completion status - all are completed at 3 stars.
