Summarize your bug Main quest in the ships room won't complete ...it says reach level 60 to unlock ships and the second one says complete prelude events to unlock ships. I've already had ships unlocked for a while there is a bug with this quest or something.

One of my quests won't finish.  It says reach level 60 to unlock ships and complete prelude events to unlock ships.  I'm already way past level 60 and have long unlocked ships, but for some reason this quest won't clear.  The top part says 60/60 but the bottom part is telling me I didn't complete the prelude event which last I checked is impossible. No big deal just thought you folks may want to look into it.  Thanks and much love.

Exact same issue for me, I think I already had the Prelude events done when the quests came out. Good to know it is already flagged!

my case number is 42331753.  i have same issue.  talked to support 3 times and not resolved and told me to post in bugs.  i tried clearing cache and data , made sure mybphone software etc was up to date, gsme was up to date.  even tried deleting and reinstalling game.  nothing has worked.  phone is samsing note 8 with most current os.  is there a fix or update yet?

Dont think so. I have this issue for almost a month. They know it is a bug, but they didnt fix it yet. Probably.

I have the bug as well. I am pretty sure I completed the prelude event before the quest appeared.
