Not getting xp

• just started my Ultimate team and it says that I have not complete the Joe Burrow challenges I have the card but the game won’t let me look at my progress in the field pass; it also is not giving me any xp so I am stuck at level one and can not progress, any further.

Same issue on ps5 digital. They should just give us all the rewards since we are locked out

@EA_Kent I’m seeing Xbox players reporting this too. It’s still happening on my ps5 digital version. This is still happening a month later. It’s like paying your electric bill and not getting any electricity for it. Not good.

@EA_Kent & also not to mention i’ve done almost half my solo challenges hoping i would gain xp at some point but no, just heartbreak
