In Grand Arena, Darth Traya leader power was not working. I had a squad of Traya lead, Sion, Nihilus, Dooku, Savage facing CLS (lead), Old Ben, R2-D2, Han Solo, Chewbacca.

The Chewbacca had 40,865 starting health and 64,784 starting protection. R2 had starting Health of 35,844 and protection of 39,692. That should add up to Chewbacca with Health of 40,865 and Protection of 64,784. Traya should do 35% Health damage, or 16,185 and Chewbacca heals 3% protection, or 2,075.

After taking over 6 attacks by the end of the fight, Chewbacca still had over half of his protection. He should have had zero protection just from his own out of turn attacks.

I am not aware of any other protection gain or damage reduction Chewbacca should have had.

We've tested this today and Darth Traya's damage from "Compassion is Weakness" was applied correctly when an enemy used an ability out of turn. Looking at our internal logs for your battle, Chewbacca had only 15% Protection left but there are too many variables we don't know to determine if this was the correct or incorrect amount. As far as we can tell from our testing, it looks like "Compassion is Weakness" is working as intended. If you can provide further details and maybe a video, we would be more than happy to take another look.
