Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Explained below.
What happens when the bug occurs? Have a social event on a community space lot, lot changes during social events, this one was not goaled so no harm was done, but game resets any player placed object on the lot after voting closes. However, if a goaled social event was placed on community space player placed items would reset most likely back to family inventory when the event was over unable to place them again.
What do you expect to see? Community space lot should wait until after social event is over before changing into the voted lot.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Note: I was doing a fan greet at the community space, when voting closed and the portable bar disapeared after the building lot loading screan showed up at 6:00pm and all sims was reset to outside the lot. This could lead to a more dangerous bug where if someone dies on the lot while the voting closes and if the people voted to change the lot and it changes at 6:00pm the dead sim and tombstone would reset, which could create a loop of grim trying to reap a sim and the lot changing depending on the condition of the sim you could create a sim that is a truly living ghost.
