Combined Arms: Tanker spawns with rifle through his midsection

Summarize your bug If you destroy a tank in combined arms, a tanker spawns somewhere on the map. It's not always near the tank, but in the general area. The tanker (guy who was seemingly in the tank just destroyed), is standing up (he never shoots at you). Many times this guy is standing up with a rifle through his belly. The barrel is out his front, and the butt of the gun is out his back. This happens almost 100% of the time in the Rotterdam maps ("Market Sweep" and "Harbor headquarters"
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just play the Rotterdam map and destroy the tank.
What happens when the bug occurs? See attached JPEG (Rifle through the body of tanker)
What should be happening instead? Either he holds a rifle properly, or has no rifle.

100% reproducable.

And the guy always spawns in this same spot, regardless of where the tank is destroyed.

I purposely lured the tank far away to where "B" point would be in Conquest/Rotterdam (near the water), and the guy spawns at this spot (with the rifle through him).
