Summarize your bug When I got into Franchise mode I am unable to scout college players. The option does not even appear and I do have the scouting set to manual. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the game which did not correct the issue.

What happens when the bug occurs? I am unable to see that I have scouting points or even do any scouting
