Cold Blooded rolling with Gear specific damage inscription

Summarize your bug With the new loot update i wanted to point out that i crafted a masterwork Frost grenade ( Cold Blooded) twice it rolled with gear specific damage increase (one was 175% increase) the grenade itself does no damage....
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at the grenade inscruiption group
What happens when the bug occurs? as above
What should be happening instead? This specific grenade should not be rolling this OR give the grenade damage

Got a legendary today 12/03/2019 that rolled +250% damage...

I was quite excited to see a Legendary drop, and less so when I realized it was Cold Blooded with [GEAR] +200% Gear Damage.

Rather than remove the inscription, make the freeze grenades do damage please. Should be an easier solution than try and remove just damage rolls from the freeze grenade inscription pool too.

Arctic Tomb was just added and has the same problem, please either remove the inscription or give frost grenades a damage value!

I got a new legendary Arctic Tomb gear with +400% damage. My first perfect roll.
