Coins from sold player not showing up or rewards in collections for sets

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? I sold a player on auction for 20,000 coins and the coins never showed up in my account. I also completed the currently 94 flashback challenges to get the 75 overall Gretzky cards to turn in for different rewards and after I opened them from the packs and sent them to the collection they didn't show up when I tried to complete the set nor can I find them in my collection.
What do you expect to see? 20,000 coins in my account and items to appear in collection to complete sets

Did you happen to use those Gretzky collectibles in a set? I've seen people autofill the 50 players for a gold collectible set with these items without realizing they did.
